Power Library - Shontz

All of the CCFLS libraries offer the POWER Library, a service of Pennsylvania’s public libraries, school libraries and the State Library. POWER library allows you to access thousands of full text periodical articles, newspapers, a major encyclopedia, plus photographs, pictures, charts, maps, reference materials for young people and more. You will find materials of interest in most subject areas for all age groups from young children to adults. Search for articles in magazines, journals, and encyclopedia. Find images for school projects. Locate repair information to fix your car. Get informed about medical issues. To connect to the POWER Library, visit your library’s webpage (links are on the menu above) and click on the POWER Library logo. You will need to log in with your library’s POWER Code plus your library card number. The POWER Code can be found on your library card; if it’s not there, ask a librarian for one next time you visit your library. This project is made possible in part by Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services and through Library Access Funds administered by the Office of Commonwealth Libraries.
